Pat Keiner / Blue Moon Swamp - The John Fogerty / CCR Tribute Band

Lead Guitar / Vocals / Mandolin / Harmonica / Pedal Steel

Pat Keiner began playing guitar in the late 80's. His favorite guitar sounds come straight out of 50's and 60's rock and roll, country and jazz. Throughout the years, Pat has adopted the role of "the sideman" by mastering several stringed instruments and providing as many textures as he can to whatever the musical situation requires.

Today Keiner is a much sought after session/live performer because of his unique ability to contribute to any musical style at a high level. Though simple and to the point, Pat's playing is elegant and sophisticated in its delivery, endearing him to musicians and fans alike. His delivery and interpretation of John Fogerty's distinct lead guitar work is a perfect match during the live shows, all while including many of his own influences when necessary.

Keiner has played all over the country with various bands including: Grand Avenue Big Band, Gigglewater, Savage Henry and Seven Day Run. He has shared the stage with various artists such as Charlie Louvin, Toots and the Maytals, Styx, James Intveld, Fall Out Boy, The Derailers, The Lovehammers, Rachel Yamagata, Luce, Dishwalla & more while also involved with an original heartbreakin', slapstick country band, The Long Gone Lonesome Boys. He currently resides in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood with his wife, Tina and their rescue pit bull, Titan.
